Erasmus+ Exchange: Educational Inclusion in Finland

Two teachers from our center's guidance department participated in an Erasmus+ exchange in Savonlinna (Finland) along with teachers from Germany, France, and Spain. During this experience, we learned about the prestigious Finnish educational system and shared ideas on special educational needs and inclusion, measures to respond to students' needs, and improvement proposals.

The visits to educational centers and the working sessions highlighted the Finnish approach to individualized attention and equal opportunities. This exchange has been an enriching experience that boosts our commitment to a more inclusive and quality education.
